So who was held liable?
If the option is there but not performed unless told to/activated, then wouldnt that liken to a VCR or more accurately, a DVR?

BTW: My DVR automatically buffers shows up to an hour, so i can go back and forth without having to record, so wouldnt that techically be on the cable company for settting that up by default? Or would that be a manufacturer setting that was never changed?

Do we attack them using the same logic applied to Napster and say the main controler is at fault?
