RE: Green light for hacker's extradition
If he broke the law in the US he should be tried and jailed (if guilty) in the US. It's as simple as that. If he were a US citizen who committed a crime against the British government they would be trying to extradite him to Britain. Regardless of the US's unorthodox detention of supposed terrorists. Personally I think he should be treated as a terrorist for hacking and disrupting military networks. There is a definite line that everyone knows not to cross, that is military lines. If you aren't prepared to face the consequences of your actions then you shouldn't be hacking high security government networks.
