point, missed
you've apparently missed my point. buddy.

the point is this: there is no two-way street when it
comes to free speech, which -- if you'll review your
constitution and legal precedents defending it -- is
designed to protect ALL speech. not just socially-
desirable speech.

our most basic laws protect even the most heinous
speech. like this deranged woman's. she's a monster,
no doubt. but, imho, hasn't broken any laws. if she can
be punished for this online bullying, then we'll have to
start locking up every other kid in middle school,
where bullying is sport.

and, when it comes to proof, where is the proof that
this sick woman's speech directly caused megan's
death? it can be argued it was pure coincidence.

why? because there are probably not too many other
instances a prosecutor can point to as evidence where
a snarky comment led to a suicide.

the comparison stands. both forms of speech are
abhorrent. yet, both are protected.
