Utterly Ridiculous
I find it a completely insane idea to try and hold another individual responsible for the obvious mental illness of another. There isn't anything that anyone can say to another person to "make" them commit suicide. An individual is fully responsible for thier own feelings, and thier own actions taken as a result of them. "Boo Hoo, you hurt my feelings so I'm gonna kill myself.." What kind of crock is that? Are we going to start arresting and/or handing out fines to middle school students for name calling? It's a joke of a case, and a waste of federal tax dollars, and there is certainly nothing positive about the slippery slope this is going put us on if this case actually goes to trial and wins.
