This girl's death is beyond a tragedy. In my experience in dealing with this type of situation, generally its a cascade effect that leads a person to think suicidal thoughts (in the world of psychology its called suicidal idealation [spelling?] Point is, its likely she had these thoughts way before this incident. Why she had them? Well now we won't know, because her parents are looking to blame someone else. her parents should step up and admit that its possible that this coming for a long time, they might not have even known about it. Also to be fair, telling someone that the world would be better off without them is not only stupid, its irresponsible. How to prove that this woman wrote the messages? Now that's a tough one. Who wrote them? Her daughter? someone else who hacked their account? Perhaps a visitor in their home? The long and short of it is that while I applaud the veracity of the Federal prosecutors who are looking for justice, I don't see how they can prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt.
