Taking responsibility for ones actions
An adult driving a child to suicide should be punished severely.

No amount of punishment will bring the child back to life, but this criminal should be made to serve as an example.

I only fear that there will be a plea bargin, and the adult will walk without doing any time. In the US, people refuse to take responsibility for their own actions, try to blame anything else other than themselves.
