Nothing different from the past
I'm pretty sure a few idiots will begin their usual "Bush-bashing" rant about this nothing-new article.

But the fact is that this is NOTHING DIFFERENT from any other time. The EPA is politically controlled agency that is easy manipulated by special interests. It has being like that since its creation.
