This is really no suprise
For anyone who knows Comcrap they should have known this. and FINALLY a FCC investigation shead light on it. Comcrap needs to be hit with a HUGE fine so no other ISP resorts to the methods of blocking internet protocols and then LYING to your customers and government officials. The FCC also should manage their DOCSIS 3.0 rollout because obviously Comcrap cant do it themselves.
