Don't blame Ms. Jepsen for a smart decision
Unlike what her detractors may say, this is neither taking advantage nor jumping ship. It's a smart move by a smart executive. The XO project is now very well defined and managing a stable project is not where her talents belong. The concept of moving to the next level while providing the low cost device while still making a profit on the technologies developed will be a better use of her expertise where other, more staid managers can easily manage the direction of the XO project.
