How could there Possibly be any sign of Ron Paul?
When he isn't included in market? Ron Paul isn't listed on either the intrade or the IEM boards. A "field" listing isn't the same thing, as it doesn't differentiate between Paul and Hunter (for example)

If I am wrong, please provide the link to the price quote for the Ron Paul futures...

As metrics go, this is about accurate as a sun-dial watch.
