Where do I sign up?
I have had bit torrent and winmx both blocked and unable to DL. In the case of bit torrent, it has affected DL's from Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Unfortunatly my choice is Comcast or Qwest DSL - and honestly, in North Denver, Dialup is better than Qwest DSL.

So where do I sign up to get on the lawsuit for this?!?
