Vietnam Memorial site defaced with Turkish messages

happened to my site about year ago

This "Turk Defacer" (that is what they/he/she calls themselves) did pretty much same thing to one of my sites. All red with the turish flag. They only said you have been hacked. They did it twice, I restored the site and about a week later they did it again.
I have since removed how they got in and do not use php any longer for that site, only html.
Hope the FBI gets these people? this is very sad that someone does this to a memorial
