Misleading - should be no *offense* against websites
From the article, this apparently just shows the site isn't liable. It does *not* show that it doesn't work as a defense for Doe. I would rather have seen what happened/happens to Doe in the criminal case, and whether the defense works there.

The headline and lead paragraph should be changed to reflect the actual content of the article.
