Let's say in the not to distant future an all-electronic election takes place in which a candidate that the majority of people feel they voted for is not elected. Overnight a polling system is errected by a few patriotic bloggeres and programmers in which individuals having paper receipts are encouraged to report their votes to check the accuracy of the "official" count.
A.) Would that be rad or what?
