HIDDEN MEDICAL CONDITIONS CAUSING POOR PERFORMANCE
A top performer for 8 years starts performing poorly. After local medical evaluation, numerous counselings, warnings--termination.
A week later emergency room for first ever grand mal seizure results in brain tumor diagnosis and removal.(immediate reversal of termination and prayer avoid lawsuit for wrongful termination. Tumor is benign and worker returns to work after 6 months and resumes top performer.
Getting a medical workup at a renound diagnostic center may be among the first things you want to do. Had the employer gotten the diagnosis first and not terminated the employee this employee would have been devoted and loyal for life. As it was in this case the employee felt betrayed by the Hospital she worked in as an ICU nurse.
