- SECURITY STARTS WITH THE USER

It doesn't matter how well a system is designed security starts with the user. Even if Vista implimnets a better security method if there is a way to turn it off people will and they will be no better off. Unless an administrator status account is limited to administrative tasks then lazy users will run as "root" thasts it.
