OpenJAWS project Underwritten by Massachusetts
would be one of the best things they could offer the disabilities community since JAWS for Windows is ALLEGEDLY very often overpriced (read price gouging -- as many disabilities enablement devices are) since they are paid for by forms of insurance. This would be the 30 % of the disabled who are employed and not the 70 % of the disabled who are so poor due to lack of employment that they can't afford the insurance.
