Suffixing theories with "theory"
Deutsch's cut on putting "theory" after "Big Bang" is an excellent idea that I heartily applaud--no scientist not bound by economy of words would disagree. And surely we can applaud with equal enthusiasm the appending of the phrase "--a theory--" to every invocation of a person, agency, or concept of a god or gods, initial-capped or not, or equivalent overarching intelligent agency acting across the Universe and throughout Being Itself. May *that* theory--a theory--also be subject to refereed experimental verification before being anywhere termed, taught, or taken to be a fact, and may all judgment, exclusion, and killing in the name of that theory be halted until such verification is achieved.
