let NTP solve it
If NTP is so concerned about allowing the service to continue why don't they accept a fair settlement and let RIM continue doing business, or alternatively come up with their service to replace it. I don't understand why they don't want to settle anyway, what do they expect to get out of this if they put RIM out of business? It isn't like their trying to compete with another service.
