- Govt IT 'boring' - NOT!

Not really comfortable using NOT! But that is the general feeling I have about the statement. I work in a gov't facility in the IT dept...specifically the HELP! Desk. It's **never** boring.
I find you have to treat people *right*. Give them a bit of an explanation why their machine might be broken or why they need tochange their password every 90 days.
