- "securly available?"
- As a retired IBM employee, I have always found IBM to do what they said they would (right or wrong) within their ability to do it. This concept of a nationwide health record database has been hanging around for several years now and I think it's a wonderful idea if only the term "securely available" can be adhered to. That is one feat that I'm not sure even IBM can guarntee. It's a security nightmare!
