Isn't it the user's reponsibility?
I disagree with your statement on who is responsible. I don't want Big Brother to manage my system any more than they do already. One of hte biggest attractions of the Windows systems and the Internet these days is freedom to use it as you wish. If that means I need to come up to speed on maintenance, so be it. Would you say autos should require no knowledge from users, that it's all done automatically for you? Well, what green planet do you live on?
