Open Source will Rule!
The Linux User Group that I go to in my friend Bernie's parents' basement takes great exception to the following statement in the article:

"A common complaint regarding open source is the lack of a reliable source of assistance when you encounter problems in an open source product."

Well, duh! If you can't compile your own kernel and build your own distro WE DONT WANT YOU! People that are technologically-challenged should switch to MacOS (not Windows XP(Xtra Problems)) and the rest of us that comprise the 'elite' should use Linux, the PERFECT OS with ONLY Open Source apps and NO proprietary apps!

Down with M$! Praise Linux! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
