Jebbing the ballot
Did you Americans even vote for Bush? I read this:

Its a pretty damning indictment of vote fixing in 2000, focussing on Jeb Bush & crews antics.

Do the world a favour, vote against Bush in 2004 and do it by enough of a margin to overcome any "ballot jebbing" & "gerrymandering" effects.

If the democrats don't fix it, vote republican next time and keep voting against the incumbent leaders until these tricks are stopped.
