...but yet again, the FSF seems very good at saying what they think is wrong, without proding any alternatives to a real problem. Fact is, if not DRM, and not watermarking, then WHAT? Just sit back and accept that you have no way to track down people who distributed pirated works?

Watermarking seems the least intrusive solution to me. Granted, if someone steals songs off your system, that is a problem.
