I wonder sometimes
if this isn't Microsoft's entire problem these days.

Microsoft just needs to trust that is the case, and resist the jitters which naturally comes from any attempt at tinkering with the cash machine that is Microsoft.

They used to laugh at IBM because they couldn't change with the times.

Is this the case with Microsoft? Can't change because of fear?
