- Be reasonable - do it MY way
- Java was first, java is cross-platform. M$ took the java concept and removed the cross-platform capabilities while Embracing and Extending C++ (into C#). Now we have to have some open-source guy reverse-engineer .NET, so it can SORTA run on Linux (I would imagine that it is JUST as effective as WINE). Did M$ offer any help for this effort (or just moral support)?
