But a question: has Adobe complained to the EC? I've looked a bit, and found a reference by an EC lawyer to the possibility that Microsoft might set out to kill Flash, now owned by Adobe.

The ZDNet (Reuters) article, which has been reprinted all over, states that Adobe and Google are worried, but the reporter may be interpreting the expressions on the faces of executives. Or he may have been quoting that constant source of wisdom (often called "many experts and analysts"), himself.

Not impossible Adobe has complained, but I think this requires sourcing.
