where he said he was logged on as Administrator. It sounded more like the majority of PC users out there.

Why should anyone have to limit their rights just to protect their PC? "Run As" alternatives are just another time consuming work around for an inadequate OS.

I've been a small Microsoft OEM for 12+ years and the burden of owning and operating a PC with Microsoft's OS keeps increasing with every new version.

This article makes a very, very good point about the state of the Windows PC.
