Too bad you can't return Microsoft's "tool" like at Sears.
If a faulty tool is broken, it get's replaced.

If it's a poor design, it's taken off the market.

If you don't know you can't return a tool until right before you use it, would you?

Microsoft should be charged with consumer fraud, as well as the damage it continues to do to the industry.

What a tool!
