Not Microsoft's fault
It is not valid to state that because it works with XP, it should be forward compatible. If that is universally true, then Vista would be XP, it isn't. This is Kodak's problem, they obviously need to fix the plugin to conform to MS's new operating system. In general, I dislike having to use plugins for online storage, photo services, there are HTML, Java, etc ways to accomplish the same that don't require download and install.
