Loved the article, as you say it will be interesting to see how mainstream media
channels (whatever that means nowadays) adapt to the rise of Twitter/Pownce/
Jaiku.

Also interesting I feel is the pontential that micro-blogging has for thought
leadership and internal communications approaches within organisations. I love
the ease of use and accesibility these services bring. Imagine how useful it could
be for leadership teams to be able build a 'wire-frame' picture of issues and
events facing their organisation piece by piece. Should lead to better connected,
informed and engaged audiences all round.

If you want to try Pownce out drop me an email as I have some invites left. It is
well done, and gaining users rapidly although to me Twitter continues to feel
more 'fun'. I think you will like the ability to share a link without a character limit
though.
