Carriers
I was looking at products similar to this a few years ago, but decided against it for a variety of reasons, including pricing.

I will never undersand why carriers don't offer such products, even at a discounted rate. There is mass need for such devices as we have ALL experienced low-signal issues. If these were mass marketed, I would bet you they'd come down a lot cheaper in price and be more innovative than the clunkiness of the current devices.

I thought carriers WANTED you to use your phone as much as possible and run up the minutes? It behooves them to get in on this game and assist customers in running up their bills.
