Not a big deal at all...
I guess I'd have to say, "What took so long?" With Skype & PayPal both owned by e-Bay, I'd say this is a natural, and I think, welcome capability. Sure, like everything, the potential for abuse is there. On the other hand, if we want the technology (and we do, or we wouldn't be reading/posting here) we need to accept there will be abuse.

But the convenience is also great:
Kid @ college on Skype call home: "Hey Mom/Dad, I need another couple hundred bucks for books this quarter."
"Sure, Kelly...Skyping it to you now."
