opportunism
I only see this site as either being abused by opportunists or either not creating any controversy at all. The goal of creating controversy already is very opportunistic and quite frankly when people's personal feelings are involved I grow weary of sites with such goals.

Based on an e-mail address, so anyone with several addresses can just 'tweak' their whole 'feedback'. How will this site be relevant for employers if it's unverifiable who writes the feedback about whom. Also in real life you maybe can't opt out of your image but at least you can choose who you deal with. If you do not agree with someone/a group you can avoid them. Giving that person or group the opportunity to publicly mock someone on the internet in front of millions of viewers in an anonymous way is imho an whole different ball- game.
