Zone Labs is guilty
As much as I hate to side with 180 Solutions they have a good case.

Zone Alarm is guilty of falsely scaring consumers by flagging any application which uses the Windows "SetWindowsHook" API as a key logger. Logging key strokes is only one possible use of this common API.

WinPatrol was also originally flagged in this manner because we use "SetWindowsHook" to detect when new programs are launched. We received numerous Emails from panicked users.

Instead of going to court we worked with Zone Labs so WinPatrol was verified and added to their database of "0K" programs. Zone Labs was very easy to work with to resolve our conflict but they're still guilty of misrepresenting programs as key loggers. I don't know if 180 Solutions is logging keystrokes but if not, they've got a good case.
