"I think that 180Solutions is doing a great job. Really, they are one of the companies that are shaping up and not shipping out. They very recently cut ties with IST and stopped distribution though third-parties. They are one of the first spyware companies to do this. I'm all the way for suing rogue affiliates, but some people will always hate 180. 180 has also gone through a reorganization of their company, which (from what I've heard), was part of a business strategy. In the past I have talked trash about 180, but they have really come a long way..."

I guess this guy thinks it's "White-Hat" Spyware.

There's no such thing.
