Is it the fault of the SMBs or is it the fault of legitimate website owners who don't do everything to keep their websites safe?
At first glance it seems like the SMBs should be protecting their networks, however, with 83% of malware being delivered by legitimate websites, isn't those website owners who should be shouldering the blame and the costs for preventing their sites from serving up this malicious code?
