When you are given the green light to let go all your workforce and bring them back in as "temps" at 1/5th the price you were paying them, with no benefits, no holidays, what do you you expect??? Notice too that Addeco is the one who authored this. Gee... if memory serves me, they are just another glorified temp agency!
I know as I've been fighting this problem now since 2002! What I especially get a kick out of is all these companies who would rather bring in a temp who is either still in school or just out of school so they don't have to pay any livable wage.
Lastly; They can do this to temp workers because who are you going to complain to? You don't like doing what we say and how we want it done, then go look for another temp job somewhere else and your out the door. They can have another temp in the door just as fast as yours is being hit in the behind with the door!
