- can't zdnet allocate a $10 budget to fix its web site?

i hate to point this out, but this must be the third time in two or three weeks that i'm reporting a broken rss feed due to an & in a post title.
it would be nice if someone at zdnet allocated the $10 budget that would be necessary to have someone at rentacoder.com fix this.
