Comcast VoIP's service is no great bargain- and I'm talkin' more than just the high price

we just for 4 CDV lines

We have comcast internet and our own VoIP Asterisk server.
We do some major volume we put around 20,000 minutes per line a month. I haven't found any all you can eat voip providers that don't can your account for that kinda usage. Comcast doesn't seem to have a policy against that. But I am sure that is because they are just disorganized and haven't thought it through.
The call quality is very good and it doesn't use up your bandwidth. Faxing through the lines works. And additional fax lines are $24.95 a month which is cheaper.
There back office doesn't work most of the time. It is just a simple voip lines and it took over 3 weeks to get it installed / get a install date. To sign up they had to fax me paperwork that I had to fill out by hand then fax back then there people have to type it in and setup a call date. The company could save millions of dollars each year if they would just unchuck there managment. This is the 21st century.
