- Wonder who made the mistake?

Although the tone of the article indicated Vonage was at fault, there are a lot of hands in the soup when porting numbers. Could have been a Packet8 mistake, a LEC mistake, a CLEC mistake or a vonage mistake, though I wonder how a number and the owner who has NO relationship with Vonage could have intitiated a port to Vonage.
