Comcast bought Insight...
in Decatur, IL. I have been using Insight with a static IP for about a year. Now Comcast wants to up my rate and force me to get a new modem to continue with a static IP. AT&T doesn't offer DSL at that particular location or I would drop Comcast like a hot potato.

I don't love AT&T but with 70 locations out of 90 using their broadband I have had NO trouble with their services. I can't say the same for the handful of other providers I use.
