Puting cable and telcom in the same...
category is a mistake. With 90 broadband connections to branch offices, the cable services are the only ones I have had issues with. DSL has proven to be MUCH more reliable than cable. As a matter of fact, over the last 12 months I have had cable services go out for extended periods. DSL has only lost one connection and that was due to a bad modem and not the service itself.

I've had dealings with wireless and it was a crap shoot. If the service tower was close and in direct line of site it worked fairly well. The two wireless services I HAD both had saturation issues though.
