WiFi VoIP Pulled For Poor Service
I think Vonage is trying to reduce their churn rate by evaluating customer satisfaction rates with various end-user devices, and has found that their WiFi VoIP phones are creating a terrible user experience. More on my blog at http://ikeelliott.typepad.com/telecosm/2008/01/wifi-voip-takes.html
