Kudos to getting it resolved, but I'm not extremely convinced Yahoo learned their lesson, other than don't mess with a blogger who has respectable distribution. No win for the little guy here.
Further, I kind of see a pattern of non EULA/RTFM'ification in your experience, particularly if you've been duped on yet another service.
