PC World gets it wrong: as Vonage goes, so not necessarily goes VoIP

Agree!

I have to agree. I work from home, rack up 4,000 - 5,000 minutes a month and all on Vonage with very few outages or problems. In my work, I can't afford outages and Vonage has performed very well. PC World cites one or two aspects of the VoIP sector and claims failure for the entire sector. VoIP is as resilient and adaptable as the internet and is here to say despite the ney-sayers.
