Media Player is the least interesting part
If you look at the ruling, Media player is the least interesting part of the ruling.

What's more interesting is what this ruling means. Some legislation concerning competition was put on hold, but will be implemented in the next year.

Though the media player thingy is something of the past and the remedy isn't interesting at all. The ruling bodes not so well for Microsoft, as they run the risk of more investigations and more ruling from the directorate.

One of the remarks made today actually called Microsoft behavior as stifling innovation...
