- Why did SunRocket talk to Vonage more than a month BEFORE they went under?

Being a customer of Sunrocket I was vary upset theat they went out of business. Even more now that I am unable to get back a refund of the unused portion of the prepaid year for two Sunrocket lines. I was unable to get the cedit card companies that I charged my Sunrocket service to to reverse the charges for the unused 6 months of Sunrocket Service. So I have filed a complaint with Atturney General of Arkansas.
How can sunrocket get away with ripping off thier customers and leaving them with no service same on them. As for suing Vonage good I hope the put Vonage out of businees too beacuse they are just as bad in customer service.
