I hate to admit it
I've been a Vonage customer for approximately three years now, and to date I've been very happy with their service. Unfortunately, their long-term outlook is bleak and short of a buyout from one of the telcos or cable providers, I doubt they can compete for too much longer. As you've previously blogged, Sprint was probably the best suitor for them, but their recent PR fiasco would likely lead to me cancelling my service if that merger/buyout would occur.

I used to be a Verizon PSTN customer, but I switched to VoIP when my completely bare-bones $15/month service ballooned to $32/month after taxes and fees. However, I will gladly switch to FiOS once it's available in my area and dump Comcast (ISP), Vonage, and DishNetwork. I might even switch mobile providers and go the quad-play route.
